 Harm Reduction ApproachDrug and Alcohol Addiction 

Harm reduction is a set of practical strategies thatreduce negative consequences of drug use, incorporating a spectrum of strategies from safer use, to managed use, to absintence.
Harm reduction uses a range of services to achieve its goals. We offer a needle exchange service and replacement therapy, amongst other effective services.



The Anchor Programme 

This programme consists of three mornings a week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday

We offer:Anchor Programme

  • A supportive and safe place to look at your addiction issues  
  • Weekly one to one counselling
    / key-working 
     
  • Group work addressing a wide range of subjects both educational and therapeutic  
  • An individual key-worker
  • Aftercare support  

Who can take part?
Individuals who are over 18 years of age, who wish to commit to positive lifestyle change (reduction / stabilisation / drug-free).

When do I need to attend?
Must be available/willing to attend three mornings a week from 9.30am to 1.00pm
